Hi, I'm Amy Jessica, 

I'm a movement facilitator with over 25 years of experience teaching dance and yoga, and a trained Chakradance™ facilitator. My work is devoted to helping women come home to themselves through movement, breath and ritual.

I believe transformation doesn't happen by thinking harder. It happens through feeling, through the body, through permission to move exactly as we are. I weave together movement, music, intuition and soulful guidance, creating a grounded, nurturing space where women can explore their emotions, reclaim their power and reconnect with their creativity and self-trust.

What I love most is the magic that happens when a woman begins to feel safe in her body and lets go of the world she's been carrying. This is the work that I do. And it's absolutely magnificent when we come alive in our own body.

It's my wish for you to feel free, unapologetic and alive. To release what no longer serves you, awaken what's been quietly waiting, and embody the fullness of who you are.

That same devotion is what I bring to my work as a celebrant. Whether we're welcoming a baby, marking a milestone, saying "I do" or saying goodbye, the ceremony is about you: your story and everything that makes you unique. I believe in celebrating life's big moments with the people we love, and it's a privilege to hold that space.

I also hold Bridal Circles for brides and their bridal parties, bringing sisterhood, connection and intention into the lead-up to the big day.

Through movement, ceremony and circle, my intention is always the same: a place where souls can rest, hearts can dance and you can arrive exactly as you are. I'm honoured to be your guide home.
